Estoppel Letter to confirm status of payment of association dues should be requested, in writing to the Association, by the attorney/title company prior to closing.
Rental of Unit:
All payments of Association dues must be current for a lease to be approved.
If this is a second floor flat, any hard surface flooring installation must have prior written approval by the Condominium Board of Directors/ARC.
If hard surface flooring is requested, a noise abatement sub-floor must be installed to avoid disturbing the owner of the ground floor unit.

Maintenance and repair obligations for any unit additions shall remain the obligation of the owner(s) of record and not that of the Association. In addition, buyer(s) or lessee(s) do hereby acknowledge that no personal items shall be placed on any common area within the community. This includes, but is not limited to, grills, chairs, patio furniture, rocks, paving stones, concrete slabs, partitions, fences, or decorations of any kind. In addition, any attachments to the exterior of the building are prohibited unless specifically agreed to, in writing, by the Condominium and Master Association Board of Directors/ARC.
