Sale of Unit: Estoppel Letter to confirm status of payment of association dues should be requested, in writing to the Association, by the attorney/title company prior to closing.
Rental of Unit: All payments of Association dues must be current for a lease to be approved.
If this is a second floor flat, any hard surface flooring installation must have prior written approval by the Condominium Board of Directors/ARC.
If hard surface flooring is requested, a noise abatement sub-floor must be installed to avoid disturbing the owner of the ground floor unit.
