Deerwood Villas COA

Villas I COA is located in the heart of the aptly named Deerwoods Community, a short distance from Town Center. It consists of a mix of forty-three separate units, townhouses, and flats mostly situated along three ponds frequently, visited by wading birds.

Water and sewer, building maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, garbage collection, administration, and a community reserve are included. Security, roads and drainage, maintenance, community landscaping are provided by the Deerwood Improvement Association.

Community amenities such as golf, swimming, tennis and pickle ball, exercise, and dining are available through the Deerwood Country Club.
